Attribution reporting depends on your call handling and record keeping. We cannot match advertising activity to closed business where calls go unanswered or contacts are not recorded.

We stand behind our system and the results our clients have achieved. We cannot guarantee specific lead volumes, revenue outcomes, or return on advertising spend. Results depend on your market, budget, response time to leads, close rate, and factors outside our control including advertising platform policies and pricing.
Client results shared on our website reflect actual measured performance for that client over a stated period and are not a guarantee or prediction of future results for any other business.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1st Caliber Marketing's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including lost profits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in Jackson County, Oregon, or in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Oregon.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active clients. Continued use of our site or services after changes are effective constitutes acceptance.
